You can use the form below to submit a complaint with regards to the Smoke-Free Ontario Act. Our Tobacco Enforcement Officer will follow up on all complaints.
You can also call to speak with the Tobacco Enforcement Officer during normal business hours at 705.647.4305, Ext. 2227 (toll-free 1.866.747.4305).
