School Health

Health and education go hand in hand. Healthy students are better learners, and better-educated students lead healthier lives. THU’s multidisciplinary team is here to collaborate with school communities to achieve the healthiest schools possible.

School Nurses are complemented by an interdisciplinary team of Registered Dietitians, Community Health Workers/RPNs, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Research, Planning and Policy Analysts, a Tobacco Enforcement Officer, Public Health Promoters, Public Health Inspectors and Nurses in other program areas.
