Appointments can be booked for:
= Sexual Health:
o
Birth
Control Start - Interested
in starting on a form of birth control or have questions before you start. Appointment time: 45 minutes.
o
Birth
Control Follow up - After
trying a form of birth control, and the nurse has asked you to come in for
a follow up. Appointment time: 30 minutes.
o
Sexual
Health Education - Questions
about your sexual health and are hoping to speak with a nurse regarding
these concerns. Appointment time: 30
minutes.
o
STI
Testing - Interested
in being tested for sexually transmitted infections and being treated. Appointment time: 30 minutes.
o
Pregnancy
Options - Pregnancy
testing, counseling about your options, abortion (medical or surgical), health
pregnancy, and adoption. Appointment time: 60
minutes.
= Healthy Babies, Healthy Children:
o Well Baby Visit: An appointment for children aged 6 and under to review child’s development (including weight and measurements) as well as vaccines. Appointment time: 45 minutes
o Immunizations: Vaccine appointment for your child age 11 and
under. Appointment time: 45 minutes
o Breastfeeding Assessment and Support: Support with latching, positioning and more
for parent and child. Appointment time: 60 minutes
o Referrals: An appointment for community referrals for child age 6 and under. Appointment time: 45 minutes
o Post Partum Wellness/ Well Parent Visit: An appointment for mental wellbeing, parenting
supports and more. Appointment time: 45
minutes
= Vaccine Preventable Diseases:

Vaccines:
Vaccine record will be reviewed by the nurse and all available vaccines will be
offered and given. Appointment time: 30 minutes
o
Covid
19/Flu Vaccine: Covid/flu vaccines will be given, vaccine record will be
updated, based on seasonal availability. Appointment
time: 15 minutes
